How should I look after my Gocycle e-bike?
As with other bicycles, the Gocycle has an initial bedding-in period. For all new e-bikes, we recommend having the first service performed by a certified Gocycle technician after 160 km or approximately two months after the first ride.
From there on, we recommend checking your Gocycle e-bike every 3000 km or once a year. Your Gocycle will flash with a service interval reminder on the dashboard. You will be reminded within the GocycleConnect app, too, where you can also find more detailed instructions on how to check the bike yourself.
At the beginning of 2023, Andre Gocycle became Baltics' only certified warranty service provider. Andre is a Gocycle Level 2 technician - he is trained and can perform all work related to Gocycle warranty and maintenance.
How long is the warranty valid?
All Gocycle bikes come with a 2-year warranty, which includes 2 FREE services.

How does the Gocycle app work?
The GocycleConnect app is free for all Gocycle owners. It is required for the initial setup and configuration of the product either directly by the authorized owner or an authorized Gocycle dealer. The app does not need to be used daily, but we strongly recommend that all Gocycle owners use it to log warranty, maintenance, and ownership notifications.
The GocycleConnect app communicates with your Gocycle via Bluetooth. The app allows you to customize your electric bike according to your personal riding style, adjust the level of electric motor assistance, upload logs for troubleshooting, update software, and view your health and riding statistics.
Can I pay for the electric bike in installments?
It is also possible to purchase Gocycle bikes with an installment payment. We offer Tenor OÜ after-payment for business customers and TF Bank after-payment for private customers. Contact us to get more detailed information about it!
Where can I see and test Gocycle electric bikes?
The Ridey Estonia showroom is located in Tallinn, at Rannamõisa tee 5a. In our showroom, you can see the available electric bikes, and we also offer a FREE TEST DRIVE. Contact us by phone or email to make an appointment!
